Travelling all day - to Croatia

I thought the travel home would be the most painful. But after 10 hours and still not landed I doubt. My friend is however the best travel company I could get. So we manage.

I am happy I am not traveling with kids with delays like this time. The result is mostly tears. At gate there where however two youngsters amusing everyone. They are sleeping in their parents arms right now.

They slowed down the engines. We are going down now.

This AM at Landvetter I found a pretty horrible bad usability example. Self service check in terminals no one managed by their own. One poor lady ran from terminal to terminal helping everyone and still the lines was getting longer and longer. We feared we would miss the plane.

While on board it turned out that six passengers had got seat 16A. Then I got a 'small' eruption. The boarding cards had such a poor design making people mixed up gate number and seat number. The male air hostess smiled and handed over a complaint survey. I had another outburst on the papers and handed it over telling him a few words about usability both regarding on-line systems and boarding cards. He smiled and said he would tell his boss and then asked: 'Do you want to keep the pencil?'. I think this was a tactique - I had admired that pen and had thought about asking him. He knew how to make a customer happy.

Notes next day
A few hours later and I am dancing in the streets just like last year. The only difference is less responsibility for me and I am not as ill as a year ago. I can enjoy myself to 100% since there is nobody to care about except me.

The view meeting us when we finally arrived at about 18:00.

At Dance Point - the city square - there was dance already on Tuesday our arrival day.
